Ryan Symancek
Ryan co-founded this team with Joe. The idea was to bring friends together to learn and become more interested in rally racing. Besides rally, Ryan enjoys all sorts of adventures on his time off. Some of these include alpine skiing, biking, powersports, flying airplanes, and just enjoying the outdoors. Ryan obtained his private pilot's license in 2010 and is often found some thousands of feet above the ground. He drove the Ford Ranger tuff truck for the team. Ryan has worked in all different areas of motorsports, including rally with Broken Motorsports, welding roll cages, and building Porsche race cars at Dawe's Motorsports Porsche in Stroudsburg, PA. Ryan lives in Brodheadsville, PA and attends Bates College in Lewiston, ME majoring in film production.
Favorite Car: Fiat 131 Abarth |
Jason Farda
Jason Farda, more commonly known as "Farda" met Ryan in 2009 while both were racing for the Camelback Ski Team. It was a conversation on the chairlift that made them realize they were both interested in the same stuff. Farda lives in Tannersville, PA, where he lives at the somewhat famous "Farda Compound." Farda in a Mopar encyclopedia, and can name any part and part number off of a 1970 Dodge Challenger if you asked him on the spot. He is currently building a 1987 Dodge Dakota tuff truck which will run events like Ryan's Ranger. Besides motorsports, Farda enjoys waterskiing/wake boarding, alpine skiing, snowmobiling, paintball, off-roading and anything else cool. Next year he will be a senior at Pocono Mountain East High School, and then it's off to chasing his dream with working for Chrysler.
Favorite Car: 1970 Dodge Hemi Challenger |
Colin Page
Colin met Ryan in 7th grade.... not much happened until Ryan invited him to go to the 2010 STPR Rally in Wellsboro, PA. The rally bug hit him quick and before you knew it Colin had his daily driving Chevy Malibu running some hot stages with stock everything. Now the Malibu is gone and Colin is on to better things like racing his 1975 Chevy Monte Carlo in dirt track events and working at Lowes! (Improving Home Improvement)... Colin's first dirt track race ended shortly after 30 laps, when he was pushed into the wall and t-boned by another car. Colin is the first member to see the track side ambulance. Colin's two favorite sayings while driving are "Boot Down!" and "Boogity." Next fall he will attend Villanova University studying finance after brief stints at Alabama State and the US Naval Academy. Next step is Formula SAE with Villanova.

Brittany Dunay
Brittany was part of the Hell Hollow Rally Team from the very beginning. She has been to a few rallies here and there and loves her Subarus! She also started the idea of going to Wicked Big Meet, which we try to get to every year. Brittany ran cross-country and track for Pleasant Vally High School, and in 2011, graduated and enrolled at the University of New England. She is a math and education major. Brittany also likes playing soccer and snowboarding on her free time. She doesn't spend much time in PA anymore, but she is close enough to Ryan in Maine to be able to spend a little time to hang out or go to a rally. Brittany's extreme organization and math skills made her Ryan's co-driver/navigator in their Toyota Pickup for TSD rallies.
Favorite Car: Nissan Titan/ All Things Subaru |
Sean "Flerpi" Lenihan
Sean is our one and only Flerpi. He lives on Long Island New York, and met team members Farda and Ryan racing for the Camelback Ski Team. Sean got a small taste of the country lifestyle at Farda's house during a CAT team party this past winter and couldn't get enough. Sean immediately started to hate his hometown, nicknamed "Happy white golfyville" by Ryan during a trip to pick up Sean, and called Farda on a daily basis begging him to come rescue him. Sean enjoys lacrosse and golf when he's in his native land. Sean lives in Lake Niomi during the summer just 15 minutes from the rest of the team, where he lifeguards and practices gainers off of the diving board. He's ready to participate in any activity the team comes up with. The first thing Sean wants when he gets to Farda's is to ride Fardas 400EX, the second is to soapbox. (Update: And now to drive his Nissan Sentra named Bubba!) Sean enjoys all forms of motorbating and just about anything he can do to get rid of his motorboners, even mowing the lawn. Flerpi is a trademarked term.

Cara Kuhenbeaker
Cara is the team woman, cat trainer, and sandwich maker. She loves music, cats, hair styling, piercings, photography, nature, and Lights Poxleitner. She grew up with somewhat of an inside muscle car knowledge, since she has about seven of them sitting in a barn on her parent's property. (Cars which include, but not limited to, a 1971 Dodge Challenger drag car, 1968 Dodge Dart 340, 1973 Ford Gran Torino... etc. etc.) After graduating from Pleasant Valley High School in 2009, she moved down to Lenhartsville, PA, making it hard for her to spend a lot of time with us. Working two jobs, she sometimes finds the time to drive her little Honda Civic the hour north to Ryan's or Farda's just to get away from the stress of everyday life. Cara has been a big help with a lot of projects, including spending all day painting a Toyota Pickup frame with a brush... and making Joe a sandwich every time he asks. She drives a black Honda Civic, which most of us spent a lot of time making sure it looked the most 'rice-burnerish' it could. It even has a big sticker on the back stating "I 'Heart' Rice."
Favorite Car: Anything rice with a giant wing! |
Tom Wojy
Tom is another one of the original HHRT guys. He grew up with Ryan and Joe and spent plenty of time doing motorsports and off road things. Skipping all the younger years we all spent together growing up, Tom bought his first car at sixteen, a 5-spd Chevy Blazer. He began to do some off-roading with the gang and even rally crossed it at the first Hell Hollow Rallycross in 2010. A turn in the course is named "Tom's Turn" after one night during some fun laps we watched as he under-steered his Blazer off the edge of the turn, into the bushes, over some rocks, and into the pond. Good memories! Tom will graduate from Pleasant Valley in 2012, and from there will enter the Marines.
Favorite Car: American! Not really sure on the details here, but he now drives a 5-spd Ford Ranger. |
Curran Kneebone
Curran found the rally bug after STPR 2009. After that weekend we noticed he started to drive faster, and traded the mini van for a Subaru Outback Sport Wagon. From there on he has been proud of them good ol' Subarus. After graduating high school in 2010, Curran now runs cross country and track for West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Every once and a while he'll show back up at home and stop by the garage after a run and see what's up!
